ChildAct is an Association for the advocacy and legal protection of children’s digital rights founded in November 2017.
ICT is in children’s daily life and this is the reason that the awareness of parents and teachers should be raised. The new Regulation of European Union for data protection, known as GDPR, sets the legal framework for data protection. However, many legal issues have emerged regarding the parental consent and children’s right to participation and to privacy.
Our mission is online child protection, focused mainly on children’s personal data and privacy!
